Diane Weaver was hired into the firm in August 1999 to work in the bankruptcy department.
Previously, she worked approximately 7 years with a debtor law firm that specialized in consumer
bankruptcy matters.
Diane is dedicated to her bankruptcy education wherein she has attended numerous bankruptcy
seminars including, but not limited to, the Detroit Bankruptcy Conference and BAPCPA –
NACTT 40th Annual Seminar in Florida to prepare for the Reform Act.
In addition to Diane’s bankruptcy knowledge she has also helped the firm in initiating a new
software program to help the firm better service its clients. Diane also assists the firm
administrator in organizing firm outings and client seminars.
Diane is not shy to take on any projects whether they are new, old, big or small.

When Diane is not working she is enjoying time with her husband, Jim, and their toddler triplets. The
triplets keep her on her toes and so do her two golden retrievers. She tries to stay fit by playing floor
hockey, softball and working out at the gym with a trainer.
